This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the
Rang and left a blank voicemail, quite obviously on a predictive dialler.Coincidentally about a month ago I studiply gave my details to , and have been inundated with stupid emails and texts.Not great publicity and would never deal with them on that basis
No idea who the caller was as I missed it. It was on my mobile phone and as I received another call from an number on my home answerphone today I have blocked both numbers on both phones.

This company call and never speak. I get multiple call and when I called they are a car accident company.
Called saying they believed I hd recently been involved in an accident. I have not and told them they have wrong number.
These people call every day!!! "Press 5 to connect", you speak to someone, ask to speak to their manager and they hang up! Trying to find their local number now!
