These callers ring, but when you dial 1471, it says their number is unrecognizable.......bloody fed up
Answered the call but they hung up.so I called back, but the number wasn t recognised.

I paid of my Vanquis credit card in full mid December and was told that it would take a couple of days to update their system and that I would receive an email to confirm the account was closed in full and no monies owing. At the end of December I received a letter saying that I was late making a payment and that I had to pay x amount as soon as possible.
