Fraud asked for correct surname but wrong fore name, wouldn't say who they were or why they were calling - clearly dodgy
Ditto - "ACM" Liverpool accent said they were "working in partnership with the insurance industry". Yeah right! spoofed the number so 141'd it and calle...

I found the lady who called me very polite and clear to why she was calling. I did have a lovely lady come out to see me..she gave me lots of helpful tips and advice and also gave me the monitoring cost. Seeing as the company is SSAIB approved (as I called them to check) and the alarm system is fantastic. I went ahead with the offer. I am extremely happy with the company s services.
