According to the caller someone in my house has been involved in a car accident. Absolute rubbish. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Told they are busy. So am I. Hung up.

they are ridiculous. don t care if you can afford their repayments or not they want what they say or they add more and more to your "debt" by sending collections to your door adding ?100 for the visit and then try freeze your account for another ?100 for a debt of ?17 after you have phone and explained you will pay off the bill in a week when you are paid.

I had a call from these people who are conducting surveys - extremely rude and simply fishing for information to sell on!
Definite scam, just got it too. They're just throwing up a net and trying to catch someone unaware. Needless to say, do not call the number.
