I don't know who used this number but it racked up[ a 3hr 10 minute call on my phone bill as a premium call - that neither of us made...
I believe it is a scam. I blocked it as a nuisance call which I can only do on my landline. It kept ringing me every 15 minutes. No answer when I managed to pick up the call.
