These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. this number called at 08.30 am today claiming to be from talktalk I hung up as advised by talktalk at an earlier date. A Scam?

Getting several calls a day from this number which will not respond (number not known) when called back. I have a hardware blocking device which stops unwanted calls from ringing but they show on the call register nonetheless.
