Called asking about energy bills. As we've had several calls recently about the same thing, I asked them to take us off their list as we're signed up to the CTPS. Ryan, whom I spoke to, and who had been shouting when I answered the phone, got defensive and asked "what's that got to do with it?" When I explained again, he said it was almost like I had "two golden balls"...?!?!
This number contacted me saying they are from the national health service - asking questions regarding covid symptoms after jabs then finished saying about life insurance and out the phone down . Weird call .
Fraud
Caller said they were following up on the loft insulation we have had installed under a government scheme. As we have not had any such work this was clearly some form of scam. I presume the next line would be that our payment had failed and would be asking for some financial details....
