A man named Derek called from 01236 362229 saying he was from my internet supplier, when pressed said Open Reach, wanted to know router details. Eventually he hung up when no info given to him.
I was expecting a call from a person on a number unknown to me. This number called but as soon as I answered put the phone down. My mum told me to check my credit and they had taken it. I had recently put £5 on my phone, and was left with only a couple of pounds. BEWARE!

After speaking to O2 previously, they informed me that the number did not belong to O2; and because of this, I decided to do a little digging. After typing random numbers into the keypad when it asked for a mobile number, I was patched through to a lady called Tracy in their south African call centre for O2 (supposedly) telling me the outstanding debt of £90 odd quid was outstanding (which is bulls**

Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider".
