Text message claiming to be from HSBC. Said a payment had been set up in the name of K Adams with link if not recognised. I don t have an account with HSBC.

Overall, they are great. Been in contact with them about my mis-sold PPI, and they really did help me getting some money back. No idea why the claims about them not being polite etc, they were adorable when dealing with my case, so prolly they just hired new guys. They might be helpful for some, and not helpful for others - but I won t consider them as spam. J.

I too was very nearly sold after care insurance by this caller - with virtually no input from me. A more vulnerable person than I would definitely have succumbed. Makes one wonder whether one should ever deal with AO.com again!
