Called john claimed to be from Talktalk technical department relating to user service. I advised we are fed up with such calls.Talktalk do not call customers direct.he said he could prove he was frommTalktalk.I blocked the number for future
SCAM / SPAM - Lady over the phone (asian accent) by name of Linda Jones apparently calling from HMRC tax fraud and evasion, evening time. asking for my personal details and full name. Refused to give me her job title or confirm anything in writing/email - threatened to pass over my info to the courts if i didn't co operate. Ended the call when I started asking her information relating to her role.

Internet - The caller, an Asian sounding gentleman, claimed to be from "BT Openreach" and wished to assist me with my internet speed issues (which I don't have). He was very unconvincing, to the extent that I very soon hung up on him.
