I was contacted by this Coventry number. I was worried because I only know a handful of people there, mainly family & close friends. I immediately thought it might be sthg to do with my mum who is elderly/profoundly deaf and a call related to her. I was asked for by name, only to discover it was telemarketing. Using 1471, this number came up as being used by someone trying a scam by pretending to be Amazon saying a person in Devon had tried to buy a £300 phone using my Amazon account (which they have NOT). Seeing this is a respected solicitor I cannot see how this number was used - I did check it 3 times using 1471 to be sure!
