Scam “call blocker” upgrade when I never had it in the first place!!!
This caller left a recorded message to say "to find out more about this case before we proceed to legal action press 1". If you press 1 you just get a repeat of the message. For the elderly like me this is quite frightening.

Answered and immediately a pre-recorded message said something like: "Thank you. Now that your number has been verified we will call you back shortly." and hung up. Looks like I just got added to another spam list! Blocked.

Speedy call back after I sent a Facebook DM
They called again and this time I got to the phone in time. He said something 'official sounding' about energy advice. And said loft insulation needed checking every two or three years. When I asked who he was, he ended the call.
Nuisance call that hung up when not picked up.
This number has called me twice. On both occasions when I answered there was silence before they hung up.
