Sales call I didn't answer the call at the time, but have called the number back this morning - the automated answer says it is Colmore Insurance Services. I didn't continue the call as it is either fraud or selling

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Automated call saying there were 2 transactions on my account. Suspect scam call
SCAM automated message claiming to be from fraud protection organisation saying they have spotted unusual activity on my bank records and asking me to press 1 to speak to an agent. Definite scam.
Reckon they are from Amazon and put a hold on my account due to a transaction for £700+. Press one to speak to an adviser. Needless to say I hung up.
The gentleman (not) who called asked if it was me. I asked what was the call regarding... He asked for my name again... Again, I asked what was the call regarding... He responded, "would you FUCK OFF!" I cut off the call and blocked the number...!
