Quite possibly genuine call from British Gas, but as yet not able to confirm that categorically.
Cold calling from unfamiliar number so did not answer it.

The team of hackers at ‘REFUND POLICY’ has really been of great help ever since I lost over 182k US to a bitcoin scam website, I was devastated by the outcome of my whole investment journey with them. Recorded voices called said from H M Revenue, I need to fillet in something or they will take legal action.
SPAM Three calls today (so far) from this number. I did not pick up, having seen elsewhere that the phone block 188321 is operated by AQL Wholesale Ltd, and I was not expecting a call from them. Their trade mark seems to be to call three or four times a day if you don't answer. Others report, energy relief, loft insulation and property assistance as reason for the calls.
They called at 7.38am claiming to be from Microsoft and wanting to speak to the computer owner. They hung up when I answered no to all their questions about my computer.
