Claim to be from BT - When I challenge him to prove this he read out an account number very fast and confirmed my address. I asked him to re-read the number and at that point he became abusive calling me F***ing deaf the a F***ing b*tch !!! I told him that he quite clearly should do some further training on customer service and hung up !!!!
