stated that I was eligable for an unlimited calls, texts and data package for ?16 a month. went through all details for the direct debit etc etc and when it came to the identification with the card it bounced. after the call nit 2 mins Barclays bank fraud team phoned me.

Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed! I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.
Do not respond.. these people call me 8 or 9 times a day. I've contacted the police now as it is harassment. I told them numerous times to stop calling and to remove my number from their system to which I was told "or what? What you gonna do"?

Claimed to be from an insurance company wanting to renew an annual policy with a discount . I didn't recognise the details of this policy and I became suspicious when they asked for my bank details . When I refused to give these the called became irritated and annoyed so I said that I was not giving out anything over the telephone . Received several more calls which I ignored . Eventually answered the phone to be told that he was the senior manager . Again I refused to give out bank details , which they s
