Strange automated call, no id and no one at other end.
SCAM / SPAM A pause & a click start to the call then call centre noise with an asian male who claimed to be from BT Openreach stating that they had recieved a message from my router which stated that i was not getting the speeds i should. I asked him who my internet provider was he repeated the question i said yes then he nervously said Virgin(who DO NOT use BT openreach as they have there own phone lines) i said no he then said Sky i said no & hung the phone up i have no doubt that he was

SCAM Scammer, said she was from O2 and I'd been specially selected for a discount....told her I didn't believe O2 would call from an 2028 number, asked her to prove she was from O2 - she hung up

Told them my number was ex-directory and I wanted to be removed from their database, They asked if that was because I d already had my windows and doors replaced. Repeated the number was ex-directory and they were contravening GDPR
