SCAM : Loft insulation : If you can get to the call before they hang up? (as it normally only rings 3 or 4 times) presumably in the hope you'll call them back? Fraud I was phoned from this number informing me lots of money had been taken from my bank account. some from Amazon £300 and a few thousand from an international source

I reported HSBC to make a new debit card as I doubted my card's details were hacked last week. And a woman just rang me from HSBC by like Indian accent. I doubted HSBC wouldn't ring me like that. I told her to e-mail me and I hung up, and I blocked the number of 0345-600-8050, and I checked the number on this site. I already got a new debit card recently. Why did the genuine HSBC want to ring me now?
