Very weird, they called me asking if I was happy with their services and if I had any technical problem. I only registered with them and bought a domain from another website, so strange that they asked me if everything was OK. Call lasted about less than 30 seconds

No, sorry, with ref to call dated 20/4/18 re 08006783393,a short explanatory message needs to be left if call unanswered.It's out of order for an institution like the NHS to leave people confused, its very frustrating/worrying if you're expecting even another important call and you don't know what it is or can't call back.This is unacceptable, lacks basic courtesy. End of story.

Now rung twice. I am signed in with telephone pref service and am ex directory. Said he wanted to speak to my wife about her bank account. Would not state bank name. Did not state my wife s name. Refused to give his number but it was on 1471.Said he worked for Norwood but could not prove it Then the same number rang at an unsocial hour but left no message on the answerphone. Pain in the neck !! Never ring back in case it is £5 a minute.
not the first time they have called . they are a blasted nuisance. Luckily I missed call on my mobile.
