Scam caller claiming to be from O2
Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Said that as soon as they got those details they would call back and verify then send details. Kept trying to “explain”. When told it sounded like a scam, they transferred me to another person. You might be receiving the morning tea from this idiot but it's more than likely he is in your phone and masking what he is really doing reading your messages. He will come across as friendly by send scripture quotes from the bible or memes BUT make no mistake this clown is up to no good.
