The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already. Eg if they ask for your email, tell them a fake one and see if they know it's fake. If they don't, they may not be genuine.

A lovely lady rang from this number asking for a person i didn t recognise, when I told her he didn t live here she asked if she could sing a song for me........ after 2 minutes of my heart will go on I asked what i could do for her to which she replied nothing, i would just like to chat , we had a wonderful conversation but I had to cut it short as my eggs were getting cold..... very interesting start to my day indeed!

SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!
Claiming to be BT, saying getting reports that my router/internet speed is not as it should be. Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. Same thing happened on 2nd time of not understanding.....but this time he hung up. Suspect not BT at all.

I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. Scammer Be Wary! Came to my house for someone that does not exist. Lied and said the court gave him my address. Yet I lived here for years and never received one court letter. Asked me to send personal and sensitive information over 'Whats App' Dodgy as hell! Clearly, a fraudster trying to make money for Christmas. Call the Police and report!
Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October.
