Complete harassment of calls from them. I have had 10 missed calls from them today in the space of 3 hours when I have not been with my phone. It has only started today, I have no idea who they are or what they want, I will not re call as they do not even leave a voice message.
Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account
