I have sorted my problem with Aknica by reporting them to the TV LICENCE people on 0300 790 6137, they put me directly through to them and they could not find me on their system? It seems they had got the wrong name my surname wrong christian name so took me off their system! 5 minutes later I got a call from the same number a local number and they where asking about a road traffic accident? Somehow they are putting a local dialling code onto your phone so you pick up ????

Received another nuisance phone call yesterday from Nexbridge Communications Ltd still about energy saving. They are using local dialling codes but they are based in Manchester. They are also showing on google maps as being locally based but it comes up on the may as Media Shower Company who are actually based in Northampton, USA NOT UK

They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. SCAM / SPAM Automatic message that says a warrant has been issued for tax fraud and you will be arrested. It then wants you to press 1 to contact to someone - who is very likely to want creditcard details or something similar. What a poor fraud attempt.

No answer when I picked up. Part of a series of different suspicious mobile numbers to have called me since yesterday. Only one of them responded when I picked up a (an automated message supposedly from my unnamed Internet provider).

Said they were calling from Expedite Crash Claims and that they had heard I was in an car accident. I said I have NEVER been involved in a car accident before. They then asked me When did the car accident take place? I told them to f*** off and they hung up. l suspect this was an interactive robot speaking, very believable and spoke good english but didn t recognise my long winded response for not been involved in any car accident .
