They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. It was a company called AGM who asked me for my phone number and asked me to hang on whilst he found out who had called me. I refused to give number, he then tried to keep me on the phone to explain to me why his company may have called me. I said 'No thank you ' several times and beat a hasty retreat.
