The call was probably not from Plymouth. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility.
SCAM Company is called Take Action For Your Home Limited, Company Number 13180151. Repair of household appliances and garden home equipment. Claim that you have a policy with them. Company only came into existence 4 February 2021. Director Mr Jozsef Fortunyak Received call from them today asking for my father who passed away last year. Never had anything with them and obviously there would never have been a policy through them as company only came into existence this year
SCAM Said they were from British GAs, trying to confirm my last meter reading. Said her name was Nancy Jane!! Pushed for a contact number and gave this one. When I said it came up as a scam number she started shouting at me telling me i was a liar!!!
Rang on average once a month for the past 6 months and the same each time, silence for 5 seconds before I realise what the number is. Will not be answering again
