On calling back, there is the same automated voice, female, putting me in a queue. At no point whatsoever do they say who they are. I’m sick of blocking them because they always come

SCAM text to say a parcel was unable to be delivered
Called twice in the space of 5 minutes, first time I answered they hung up after I said hello. Second time they asked for me by name, I asked who they were calling on behalf of and they hung up again.

SCAM Had text message 02:00 in morning saying that the Postman couldn’t deliver & to setup a re delivery. Royal Mail always leave a card
