Have received 5 calls from this number in the last 2 days. First time I answered and it hung up straight away. All the other times have missed the call but I can't find any...

Looking at earlier comments, it seems this is Vanquis. I don t have a card or have ever had any dealings with them in the past so don t know why they call me about 6 times every day, including weekends. I block every number but they call from different numbers.

Asian speaking could not understand what they were saying as spoke extremely fast. I just hung up as had no idea who they were??
Called and like others, reported to be from Microsoft, said that they had the serial number of windows that was reporting that my computer was being hacked as we spoke by a criminal gang (how ironic!) and that they were from an agency who needed to stop the gang by stemming the flow through my PC.....Said we know an IT expert who we would ask to take a look ourselves, he (called himself Peter Wilson) said that an expert would not be able to find it. Became agitated and said I needed to call him back on 0042
got a call but always miss them, i get loads of emails from gumtree from random people soon after i put the add in and they make out they are genuine no number and i never hear ...
