Several missed calls - when answered asked for me by name and asked about accident I had giving me an old address of mine. Then stated she was new and would have to speak to a supervisor before clearing. Number is dead line if you try to ring it. Slightly concerned

SCAM They pretend to be Virgin Media and ask for 3 characters of your password. They call multiple times until they have all the characters. In my case, they wanted to know if I would like to have the technician coming in earlier for installation.
