Caller pretended to be from O2. Sounds real convincing, and has you phone records to prove it. I contacted O2 I IS FAKE !!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS OR CARD DETAILS !!
This number called me and left an automated voicemail indicating unless I called my internet would be cut off - clearly some sort of scam.

This phone number is a scam, recording initially saying funds gone from your bank to pay Amazon £500 and also £700 to someone else. Select 2 to talk to someone, sounds like a call centre with an American with a strong accent. They queried my birth date and rang off. Beware a scam.
