Asks me to access a website to obtain a voicemail I think it’s a scam
This number called my 93-year old mother-in-law at about 07:45 hrs. She told them that she couldn’t hear them. They called her back a couple of times, and tried to get her to do something on her iPad. She said she’d have to get her son-in-law to call them as she didn’t understand them. They haven’t called again since. Incident reported to local police as a vulnerable person is being targeted. This number has now been reported to BT security who have blocked it nationwide.

I could barely hear them, sounded like they were standing outside with wind blowing into the phone! And surely they should have known the answers to the questions they were asking, very sketchy!
Had a phone call initially sounding like they were interested in some of the services we had on offer, and initially believed he was phoning from the NHS, eventually turned out he was trying to sell a listing on a directory (www.NHSmembers.co.uk)only accessible from the NHS intranet and was very pushy to arrange a meeting.
