Makes a purchase, emails comes supposedly from PayPal saying too much has been taken out their account and to refund the difference or your payment won't be released. They want the refund in amazon vouchers. These emails come once proof of postage has been sent. Post office couldn't stop the delivery, even though item had to be signed for. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435477xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
