This is REAL - It's from Direct Line Group, who underwrite insurance for / own Direct Line, Privilege, Churchill and a few other companies. It's their Fraud Policy Validation Department. They send texts and emails on policies they have concerns with (fraud)... I thought it was fake too, but when I called customer services they still passed me through to this department who confirmed they sent the text and email.
