SCAM / SPAM Said they were BT and wanted me to install TeamViewer remote control software on my phone. This was after I told them that I didn't have a computer.
SCAM Recorded voice saying that my bank account had been requested to pay Amazon £700 and some other organisation £2000!! Press 1 to authorise, and 2 to speak to a customer representative. I declined both options and checked my account online to find, surprise, surprise, there were no such transactions.

Keeps calling but no one answers, wish to block and send a complaint
The caller says they are phoning on behalf of an energy efficiency survey that is being carried out in my area. Told them I don’t want survey done, didn’t ask them to phone, and not to do it again. I have put a block on the number.
