This number called and woke me while sleeping after a night shift! I've been registered with the TPS service for years, obviously they need a big fine before they will stop doing this.

Supposedly from Department of Work and Pensions. Told me we had an appointment arranged although this was untrue. After a spoke with someone on the number who asked me for National Insurance number and other personal information which I declined to answer I was told they would check who it was who called and get back to me. I subsequently received a call back wherein I was informed my 'phone number had been attached to a different address in error. It's nice to know that DWP personnel are inefficient.
