I also received the same text message as everyone has said below saying "Hi, just wonder do you post your ads only on Gumtree or on the other local websites like webcarboot or ebay as well? sorry to bother you, thx Kate" I responded saying "Whos this" and I got the same message back. Number is now barred and black listed on my mobile.

PPI recorded message. Called me on my mobile, but hung up pretty quickly.

Utter nuisance. Spoke too fast for me to catch company name. This one from an energy supler saying I'm the bill holder (I'm not!) then pretty much demanded to speak to them and when I said not available the wanted to call back. I said neither of us are interested but he wouldn't take no for an answer. In the end I just had to hang up. He came across as friendly but was extremely aggressive in his pitch. Second call today to do with energy though this is a different number from the first.
