Standard "talk talk" fake call. "Problems with my router". Again. Told them I d bought one previous week from TalkTalk ? where was it, I was still waiting!! Rang off! Previous times, offensive or obscene comments because I told him I knew all about him and his dirty tricks! UK telephone number is bogus ? they are overseas somewhere. NEVER call back.

An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.

Called to tell me "HMRC were filing a suit against you press 1 to talk to your case worker." Calling and not specifying which ocupant of the premises they want. HAHAHAHA HMRC do not work this way! HMRC can write me if they want to file a law suit against me or they can write my partner if it is her they want! We just had a call from these people. It was 10.05 am on Monday 22nd Sept. Cold call on our land line and we are registered with the TPS.
