I have had many calls from this place. last time will be today when i fronted the man and returned the questions back to him....he clearly didn t have a script ready on his computer to reply. Then put the phone down on me...how rude. these people are scum

SCAM - received a text to say it was from Lloyds bank asking about a new payee being set up on an account
Caller rings EVERY DAY and hangs up when answering. Why aren t BT shutting these people down? :(
Called on a withheld number and said he was from Homespace Southampton asked to speak to me. Told him we were on Telephone Preference Service and he put the phone down.
