SCAM / SPAM - total scam, pretending to be Sky asking me to log onto a laptop and go to a web page.
Claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse to upgrade my phone. Deal was way too good to be true so I looked online as well whilst talking. Then asked for a call back number which they happily provided - I called Currys/Carphone warehouse on their published number to check. They told me that number isn't one of theirs and it's a scam.

Left me a voicemail. Went to listen, just heavy breathing down the phone with someone mumbling in the background in a very quiet office-like environment. A few young-sounding giggles were also heard. Message was only about 10 seconds long.
Three rings - I decided not to answer. If urgent they would leave a message. No message left
I made the mistake of ordering a kitchen appliance from Boots Kitchen Appliances / AO. Within a day I d received 8 sales calls. Do not give these people your number. Not even for "delivery purposes". They will instead use it to spam you relentlessly until you eventually block them. They even switched to using a "Private" number when they realised they had been blocked. And when I answered one call specifically to tell them to remove my numbers from their call list, they just kept right on talking over m
