English sounding lady called saying she was from a home efficiency company. When I asked what she wanted, she said "You should get some fucking manners." If they are selling a product, swearing at the 'customer' is stupid! Very rude!

I received a call from 0161 814 2909 saying they were from Financial Justice. 1st call from a lady, but I hung up 2nd was today. He confirmed they had offices in Wales and Manchester and he was from Manchester branch, he wanted to claim PV? not PPI for me. I asked where he got my info from, he knew my name and wanted to confirm spelling details of my name and address. He said the company buy the info. I said if he had my phone number he would have my info, he knew the area I lived, but wanted to confirm m
