I suspect this is a scam as mentioned 2 card charges both of which I know nothing about .
Got a call from this number and a woman left a voicemail and she knew who I was and my bank, Halifax. She asked me to call her back on 07823 445 999 which is an invalid number.

recorded message about express delivery not being signed for many times. options for English or Chinese. Probably a scam.
Says he is from citizens advice bureau and asked me if I owe a lot of debt. They mentioned that they had some paperwork about me and that I have debts which I owe. Sounded suspicious so I said No I don’t owe anything and then they said goodbye and hung up. I think it’s s scam to be honest.

Received call today saying she was from Santander Fraud Dpeartment. Sounded very convincing. Had my full name including middle name. She changed the scenario a couple of times, talking about Booking.com transaction. I had actually done a Booking.com booking a couple of days ago so I almost fell for it. It was when she asked me to input my card number into my phone that raised my suspicion.
