knew my name address etc , said about blocking nuisance calls then started to talk about card numbers

Claimed they were from United Utilities - Seemed to know where I live and what my name was. Just wanted to know if I owned the commercial property below my building, and that’s as it. A bit suspicious, should’ve asked them why they wanted to know.

Robotic sounding voice, probably recorded, saying Amy Johnson from sonethingsomething consultancy. Said I was not interested and hung up.
