I complained to TPS who said they couldnt proceed as the number couldnt be identified so looks like spoofing to give the impression it is a local number whilst hiding the real number

Left a voicemail with a robotic voice that was hard to understand. What I did manage to get that they are claiming to be from HMRC and threatened with criminal record and stuff like that if I don't call back.
