Said I was on "national database showing i had not had boiler survey done" - this implies it is an official call and I NEED to have something done. Someone must stop these calls. No more info and couldn t bring myself to listen to it all.

This number may be one of those useless messaging forwarding systems used by businesses and utility companies to send messages to customers. Very difficult to differentiate between a scammer spoofing the number or a genuine call. No problem picking up and listening. Just don't do anything else without engaging something called 'common sense'.
