Hung up when I answered the call.
SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be from BT saying there was an issue with my IP address being compromised. Asked me to download a remote working application onto my laptop: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/. I asked for a number to call BT back on this one ie 02081235072. He called me on 0012122292952.

A Google search suggests that the number, if genuine, belongs to a company called Hollister based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Cavity wall insulation. Took no for an answer and rang off.

Picked up phone and it just went dead, so I persume it is marketing company.

UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. Block and ignore.
