They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Tom from KBS wanted to speak to our director by name, as apparently they had spoken before. This was not the case and the call was rejected he then advised he would send an email - no idea what the call was relating to as he would not divulge.
