This number rang me today regarding car accident that I had recently !!! Haven't had any accidents whatsoever .
When I answered there was a short delay then obviously a busy call centre with numnerous conversations taking place. The caller had a very strong Indian accent and it was impossible to understand what she was saying, not helped by the background noise. Typical of many other scam phone calls. I left the phone on but ignored the conversation until the caller closed the line.

it is aggressive advertising but sometimes it works. I upgraded my package for little extra cost. just thought i would let u guys know
