This is another one of the accident helplines people who somehow got my number. I phoned them back several times to try figure where they got my number from and they state I must have clicked on their link and filled in my phone number. Clearly rubbish but would not give any more information.

SCAM: This is a scam about "your insurance on your washing machine has run out". I was told I had a Bosch washing machine but the person rang up when I ask her to remind me how much I was paying every month. I never had insurance on a washing machine so easy to spot the scam.

I spent some time trying to get to the root of their persistent calls. They were owned by RBS but were sold to private equity = no morals and must now be using cheap call lists. These muppets are regulated by the FCA (see their website) and complaints may be made to them as well as the ICO / TPS etc. as they take misbehaviour by financial sector businesses very seriously nowadays. Quote this site and similar and point out that this is not just an individual complaint. Details of Worldpay as su
