Called at 08.30 one morning. Silent call.

Called three times today but only two or three rings before they hung up so I never got to find out who it was. It can't be important as they never left a voice mail.
Calls repeatedly, will not take no for an answer, number blocked
This number has called me numerous times over the past couple of days, but hasn't left a message. I'd like to find out if it's a genuine legitimate call or not.

SPAM Recorded message claimed to be BoE and some foriegn transaction.
Called me on October the 31st. I just let it ring and then I texted the number via messages. I said Hello? Who are you? And recieved no reply. Around an hour later, still no reply so I decided to call it. It said invalid number.
Automated message claiming to be from HM Revenue & Customs. Message said I had a Court Case registered against me and if I pressed 1 I would get put through to the Officer. This is NOT the way HMRC would contact anyone beware if you proceed.
Tax fraud apparently hmrc.
