Just had a call from this number. The caller said their name was Jerry and claimed to be calling from BT Open Reach. They asked me how I was. When I asked them what they wanted they shouted "I don't want anything! My name is Jerry and I asked you,'how are you'?" I hung up.

It called me at 01:10am, which I don't think this number is located in London, it's a redirect because who in the hell would call at 01:10am? Obviously, they're in another time zone.
Think this is a scam. Caller was from London but stating he was the local Safety Officer and we are in the Midlands. Did ask for person by name who was not available. Said he would send an email. Not convinced this is genuine.

Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. has called every day at 10am for the last few weeks.They keep asking to speak to someone who does not live here, i have told them, and each time they have become defensive and aggressive. i have asked them to remove my number but they say no, they want to ask me questions. i have repeatedly said no and to remove my number, they responded no, they won't remove my number and will keep calling until i answer their questions. They say they are calling from Time Living - (or something similar?)

Fraud - claim to be from HMRC and there is a warrant for your arrest. They say don't hang up phone call otherwise they will record that you tried to run away from arrest and they will be waiting at your place of residence until you arrive to arrest you. With the pandemic, lots of people have had trouble paying tax, so it might seem real, but this is a scam. They will always give you a chance to work out a payment plan. Avoid, block.
