Have had 2 calls from this number today. It appears to be a scam call reference an Amazon account charge.
SCAM If you receive a letter saying it is from CTSI, please do not respond, this is a scam.
Fraud Claimed she was the techincal dept of Virgin Media and that she could see that my internet connection was fluctuating and that she could restart my router to get a better connection. I told her she had called a business and which point she hung up.
